Aromareflex is a unique and holistic treatment that combines the benefits of Reflexology with the therapeutic properties of Aromatherapy.

By incorporating specific essential oils into a reflexology treatment, we can enhance the relaxation response, promote emotional balance, and support overall well-being.

During an Aromareflex treatment, specific essential oils are carefully selected and blended with a wax then applied to reflex points on the feet.

The essential oils are absorbed through the skin and inhaled allowing the body to benefit from the therapeutic properties.

Aromareflex may help in various ways such as deep relaxation, stress, relief, emotional imbalance, and mood enhancement. Reflexology has also been known to help with sleep, reduce anxiety and depression, and to enhance overall well-being

You will choose essential oils, all with their own individual therapeutic properties these include:

Lavender.

Sweet Marjoram

Frankincense

Lemon

Rosemary

Peppermint

Geranium

Roman Chamomile

Sandalwood

Tea Tree

Rose

Sweet Orange

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM AN AROMAREFLEX TREATMENT?

An Aromareflex treatment typically involves:

A full consultation and assessment of your overall health and wellbeing. We will look at any current or historic health conditions, physical and emotional health, sleep quality and levels of daily stress management.

You will then be involved in the selection and blending of essential oils tailored to your needs and using oils that support any specific conditions you are experiencing. These could be physical or emotional.

You will then enjoy a luxurious 60 minute reflexology treatment using your custom wax.

Take the wax home to continue application post treatment for 10 - 14 days and continue to enjoy the benefits!
