Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Every appointment is important to me, and late cancellations or missed sessions significantly impact my small business. To ensure I can offer the best service to everyone, please adhere to the following terms:

• 24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

• Late Cancellation Fee: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the treatment cost.

• Missed Appointments (No-Shows): Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the session fee.

• Maternity Reflexology Exception: If you are a maternity client and go into labour or have a related hospital admission, the cancellation fee will be waived.

• Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment duration to avoid delaying the next client, while the full session fee will still apply.

• Illness: If you are feeling unwell (e.g., fever, persistent cough, or contagious illness), please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for the safety of all clients.
