I began my journey in 2011, when I began to look at the effects of stress on the human body and how holistic therapies can help aid the road to recovery, both physically and emotionally. Training initially as a reflexologist working predominantly on a voluntary basis at a hospice in Exeter, I felt very privileged to bring some comfort to people at the end of life and realise the enormous effects that reflexology has for general well being, alleviating at times stress, fear, anxiety and physical problems. I further went on to run my own reflexology business.

I feel very passionate about what I do and the positive and powerful impact reflexology can offer. Through my work as a reflexologist and my constant personal and professional development, I have supported people to help and continue on their journey of increased health and well being.​
